Preloved Polka Dot Dress

Gorgeous ivory dress with tiny black polka dots is a wrap style that fits beautifully through the bust and accents the waist.  Ruffle hemline and elastic around sleeves.  I bought this dress in California and wore it once and then gained weight and now it’s too small.  Size medium is like an 8/10.  Brand is Samsoe & Samsoe.
