Flared Skirt
The flared skirt has a fold over waistband and is an a-line style skirt that comes to the knees. The flared skirt comes in ash gray and black. This is a great piece for work or to throw on with a nice top. 95% polyester, 5% spandex. Machine wash cold. Line dry.
